Dead Wake. The last crossing of the Lusitania, by Erik Larson.

Dead Wake: The Last Crossing of the Lusitania - Erik Larson

This was a great reading. It's excellently researched, and amazingly written. I'm still kind of speechless.

The author gives a good idea of the climate in England, Germany and Washington DC at the moment, the importance of the Lusitania, the facts that converged to allow the sinking of the her, who is to blame, etc. The huge amount of details creates a incredible sense of how was to travel in such majestic ship.

This is my first book by Larson, but I'll be picking something else by him soon.
